Here at As You Are we are pretty obsessed with colour. We love creating a mash up of colour, contrasts, patterns and prints. And this month we are celebrating taking fashion, music, art and culture to the MAX! Too much is just never enough! We explore volume, proportion, patterns, layers, textures, movement, shapes, decoration, illusions and silhouettes. New shapes, new ideas, new people. Always striving to encourage irreverence and experimentation, we are unashamedly embracing excess in this issue, presenting some of the most inspiring, imaginative and important new creatives in the UK.

We showcase our favourite trend savvy treats for the party season. Clashing prints, tone on tone layering and  mega colour blocking are combined in the fashion features of an issue dedicated to 2011′s most O.T.T and prominent trends. New bands and artists take centre stage in our culture pages. And all in all we share our love of MAXIMALISM!
